REJOICE - Santa has come early this year...

This is a day for a double celebration.

First off, the news broke during the weekend that Yamaha is planning on introducing the Yamaha SR400 to the European market in 2014. Yamaha celebrates 35 years of glorious SR production by collaborating with the Danish custom shop Wrenchmonkees and the German Kedo to build a one-off SR400 custom, that will be shown at the EICMA in Milan in November this year.
Fantastic news!

On a smaller scale, but for me not less important, is the fact that the Omega Racer Blog reached a staggering
pageviews

since its start in 2011. It's been quite a journey and it all started out when I bought my SR in February 2011. Who could have known that 2 and a half years later there would even be an Omega Racer shop?

Anyway, I'm off to find a glass of Champagne and ponder just at how good life is. :-)
